Karla Arteaga

About

Karla owes her unique experience and perspective to having lived on four different continents. Karla has dedicated most of her adult life to learning and practicing yoga, meditation, consciousness, and spirituality. This includes 200 hour Sivananda yoga teacher training, 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training, 2,000 hour Isha Hatha yoga teacher training, and multiple meditation, spirituality, and movement courses. Karla lives in San Francisco and works for Snorkel AI serving as an Operations Specialist.
